BEFORE YOU SHOP WITH US - PLEASE READ
I thought it would be useful to put together a few things for you to know about before you shop with us.
1. P&P - You may wonder why when you add to basket the price of your item changes, this is becasue P&P is included in this price. You should only click add to basket if you want the item posted to you, other than that if you wish to collect etc then you should email me at support@jewellerytoyou.co.uk and I will arrange something with you.
All items are posted 2nd class. I have tried to keep the prices to a minimum by recycling as much as possible, but I would like to point out to you that I don't have a local Post Office and it costs me £2.50 round trip to our nearest Post Office, therefore I have had to consider this when pricing.
2. DELIVERY - All items will be posted within 2 working days of purchase, if there is going to be a delay for any reason at all I will contact you and advise you, although I don't see this happening very often. We only deliver to UK Mainland. For any other location please contact us and we will see if we can come to some sort of arrangement. If you would like your items delivered to a different address please use the special instruction box at checkout.
3. - COLLECTION - If you live in Edinburgh or the surrounding area you are most welcome to come and collect your order in person thus not having P&P to pay, for this you should email me your order at support@jewellerytoyou.co.uk rather than use the add to basket. Please be aware that collection in person is strictly payment in cash unless you would like to pay by Paypal before you collect if so please advise when you email your order.
4. - METHOD OF PAYMENT - We have a few method's of paymetn our main one is Paypal, however our paycart is not set up to take this completely just now so if you wish to pay via Paypal you must tick the box that asks if you would prefer to pay via Paypal and we will send you a Paypal invoice so you should use your Paypal email address when ordering or use the special instruction box to inform us of your Paypal address. You must click on the pay via cheque so that your order comes through. We do hope that this will not be an issue for long but at this moment is the only way we can accept Paypal.
We will also accpet cheque or postal order, however please be aware this could delay your order in being sent to you as we will wait until your payment is cleared before sending your order
You may have one of our Gift Vouchers and wish to pay by this, please check out our Gift Voucher page to find out more about this, you should note that any extra payment will be required to be paid before we send your order.
5. GIFT VOUCHERS - You can purchase these from us in any value you wish. Please see our sections on Gift Vouchers for further information or you can contact us with any questions you may have regarding Gift Vouchers.
6. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK - Should anything you order be out of stock I will contact you to see if you wish for me to send it once it is back in stock (I should be able to tell you how long it will be) or if you wish a refund.
7. RETURNS - We will only accept returns on faulty goods which are retuned within 14 days of purchase, we will either send a new item out or refund if necessary.
